Shipping Policy

At Lakes of the Cities, we strive to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Please review the following terms that apply to all shipments.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends).

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, carrier, and order weight. We partner with third-party carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and others to fulfill orders. Actual delivery times may vary.

Carrier Delays & Lost Packages

Lakes of the Cities is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or customer-provided incorrect addresses. Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
