Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
With all original tags and packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip)

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Sale or discounted items
Customized or personalized products
Hats (for hygiene reasons)

How to Return

Email us at info@lakesofthecities.com within 14 days of delivery. Include:

Your order number
Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
Reason for return (optional but helpful)

We’ll reply within 48 hours with return instructions and your Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package the item securely with the RA number written on the outside.
You are responsible for return shipping costs
Ship to the address provided in our email.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.

We respond within 48 hours (Mon–Fri).
